Here's a quick beginner's guide to freezing breast milk
After you're finished pumping, transfer the milk to a bag for freezer
Label the bag with the date and amount. If you'll be using in a childcare setting, also label with your child's name
If you freeze the milk flat, it will take up less room in the freezer
Once it's frozen fat, stack the bags in a gallon-sized plastic bag and label it with the dates (so you don't have to dig in the freezer to find the oldest milk)
