1cupbuttermelted
2cupssugar
4eggs
1tbspvanilla extract
1/4cupground flax seedsoaked in 1/4 cup water for 10 minutes
1cupflour
1cupunsweetened cocoa powder
1/2tspsalt
1cupchocolate chips
1 1/4cupold fashioned rolled oats
1tbspbrewer's yeastoptional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix together butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and flax seed until combined.
Stir in flour, cocoa powder, salt, and brewer's yeast (if using).
