Ingredients
1cupoatmealquick cooking or old-fashioned
1/4cuppeanut butter
1/4cuphoney
2tbspflax seed
1tbspbrewer's yeast
1/4cupmini chocolate chips
1/4cupmini M&Ms
Instructions
Put all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir together until well mixed.
Cover the mixture and put it in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Remove from the refrigerator and roll dough into 1 inch balls.

Store lactation bites in the refrigerator for up to a week.
