  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter softened
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp brewer's yeast
  • 1 tsp flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips

  • Put oats, brewer's yeast, and flax seed into a bowl and stir
  • Add peanut butter, vanilla, honey, and milk, and stir
  • Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight (or for at least 5 hours)
  • Stir in chocolate chips and enjoy!

The peanut butter is easier to stir into everything else if it's softened.
When you're ready to eat, stir in a little more milk if you'd like (depending on the consistency that you prefer).
