Lactation-Boosting Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Overnight Oats

Looking to boost your milk supply, but don't have time to make a huge batch of lactation cookies? Make these peanut butter chocolate chip overnight oats in 5 minutes! These lactation overnight oats will boost your milk supply with oatmeal, brewer's yeast, and flaxseed, and they are also packed with protein and will keep you full through your morning!

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter softened
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp brewer's yeast
  • 1 tsp flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips


  • Put all ingredients into a bowl and stir until well mixed
  • Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight (or for at least 5 hours)
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips onto the top of the oatmeal and enjoy!


The peanut butter is easier to stir into everything else if it's softened. To avoid using another bowl, I put the peanut butter in first and microwaved for 20 seconds or so and then added everything else.
When you're ready to eat, stir in a little more milk if you'd like (depending on the consistency that you prefer).
