Lactation-Boosting Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Overnight Oats

Looking to boost your milk supply, but don't have time to make a huge batch of lactation cookies? Make these peanut butter chocolate chip overnight oats in 5 minutes! These lactation overnight oats will boost your milk supply with oatmeal, brewer's yeast, and flaxseed, and they are also packed with protein and will keep you full through your morning!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter softened
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp brewer's yeast
  • 1 tsp flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Put oats, brewer's yeast, and flax seed into a bowl and stir
  • Add peanut butter, vanilla, honey, and milk, and stir
  • Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight (or for at least 5 hours)
  • Stir in chocolate chips and enjoy!

Notes

The peanut butter is easier to stir into everything else if it's softened. 
When you're ready to eat, stir in a little more milk if you'd like (depending on the consistency that you prefer).
