These lactation overnight oats will boost your milk supply with oatmeal, brewer's yeast, and flaxseed, and they are also packed with protein and will keep you full through your morning!

Ingredients
1/3cuprolled oats
1/3cupmilk
1tbsppeanut buttersoftened
1/2tspvanilla
1tsphoney
1tspbrewer's yeast
1tspflaxseed
2tbspchocolate chips
Instructions
Put all ingredients into a bowl and stir until well mixed
Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight (or for at least 5 hours)
Sprinkle chocolate chips onto the top of the oatmeal and enjoy!
Notes
The peanut butter is easier to stir into everything else if it's softened. To avoid using another bowl, I put the peanut butter in first and microwaved for 20 seconds or so and then added everything else.When you're ready to eat, stir in a little more milk if you'd like (depending on the consistency that you prefer).
