Ingredients
1/3cuprolled oats
1/3cupmilk
1tbsppeanut buttersoftened
1/2tspvanilla
1tsphoney
1tspbrewer's yeast
1tspflaxseed
2tbspchocolate chips
Instructions
Put oats, brewer's yeast, and flax seed into a bowl and stir
Add peanut butter, vanilla, honey, and milk, and stir
Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight (or for at least 5 hours)
Stir in chocolate chips and enjoy!
Notes
The peanut butter is easier to stir into everything else if it's softened. When you're ready to eat, stir in a little more milk if you'd like (depending on the consistency that you prefer).
