No-Bake M&M and Chocolate Chip Lactation Bites

These No-Bake M&M and Chocolate Chip Lactation Bites are delicious, easy to make and have three milk boosting ingredients - brewer's yeast, oats, and flax seed! Lactation cookies without having to use the oven!

  • 1 cup oatmeal quick cooking or old-fashioned
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp flax seed
  • 1 tbsp brewer's yeast
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup mini M&Ms


  • Put all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir together until well mixed.
  • Cover the mixture and put it in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
  • Remove from the refrigerator and roll dough into 1 inch balls.


Store lactation bites in the refrigerator for up to a week.
