Chocolate Chip Lactation Muffins
These chocolate chip lactation muffins are delicious, can be made in one bowl, and have three ingredients for boosting milk supply!
Servings 12 muffins
- 1 1/4 cup quick cooking oats
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tbsp brewer's yeast
- 2 tbsp flaxseed
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line muffin pan with 12 cupcake liners.
Put oats, flour, brewer's yeast, flax seed, salt, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a large bowl and stir until combined.
Add milk, egg, and oil and mix with the dry ingredients until everything is just blended.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 of the way full.
Bake at 425 degrees 18-25 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
