Ingredients
1/3cupoatsrolled or old-fashioned
1bananafrozen
1/2cupmilk
1tbspcocoa powderunsweetened
3tbspmalted milk powder
1tbspbrewer's yeast
1tbspflax seedground
Instructions
Put oats in the blender and process until finely ground.
Add banana, milk, cocoa powder, malted milk powder, brewer's yeast, and flax seed and blend until smooth.
Notes
I used unsweetened coconut milk, but you can substitute almond milk or cow's milk.If the milkshake is too thick, add a little more milk or some water.
