What’s included in the Willow Find Your Flow Breastfeeding Kit?
This breastfeeding kit comes with six items that can help you in your breastfeeding journey.
1. Soothing Silver Nursing Cups

Sometimes, in the early days of nursing, nipples can become damaged as mom and baby work on latching. Or, if you’re pumping, there can be issues in the beginning with getting the right flange size, nipple placement, etc.
These Soothing Silver Nursing Cups can be placed over your nipples in between nursing or pumping sessions to help heal sore or damaged nipples.
These cups are also reusable – you can use this one pair forever!
2. Catch-All Milk Cups
![catch all milk cups](https://exclusivepumping.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/catch_all.jpg)
These cups go in your bra and “catch” any milk that you leak. Instead of losing this milk in a breast pad (or on your shirt), it gets saved in these cups.
These come in handy in a few different situations:
- You’re nursing or pumping on one side but not the other. When your milk lets down, it lets down on both sides at the same time, so the milk from the side you’re not breastfeeding from would be lost.
- Milk often leaks unexpectedly in the first few months of breastfeeding. When you’re hanging out at home and this happens, you can catch and store it using these cups rather than losing it in a breast pad.
3. Hot and Cold Breast Therapy Packs

Both heat and cold can be beneficial when you’re breastfeeding.
Heat can help you let down more quickly when you start pumping, while cold can soothe damaged nipples and help with inflammation.
These breast therapy packs can be put in the freezer/fridge or microwave depending on whether you need a warm compress or a cold one, and then you can place them on your breasts.
4. Cooling Gel Packs

These gel pads are really soothing for nipples that have been damaged, whether that’s from early issues in latching, using an incorrect breast shield size when pumping, etc.
Four pads are included, and each can be used for up to 24 hours.
5. Reusable Breast Pads

When it doesn’t make sense to wear catch-all cups, these reusable breast pads can be very helpful when it comes to protecting your bra and shirt from leaks.
After experiencing my milk letting down all over my shirt in the middle of a business lunch, I now recommend always wearing breast pads.
6. Nipple Sizing Guide

If you use a Willow pump, this sizing guide can be really helpful in making sure that you have the correct flange size.
Who is this Breastfeeding Kit for?
This kit provides a lot of items that any breastfeeding mother can benefit from. And even though it’s manufactured and sold by Willow, the only thing that is Willow-specific or that you would need a Willow pump for is the sizing tool.
Additionally, a lot of these things – such as the silver nursing cups and the hot and cold therapy packs – are for issues when you’re in some amount of pain and want a solution as soon as possible. Therefore, these are good to have on hand!
What’s the bottom line?
If you’re an established breastfeeding mom who is latching or pumping without issues, this kit might not be the best value for you.
However, if you’re pregnant or a brand-new mom who is struggling to make breastfeeding work, this feeding kit is an amazing set of tools to invest in. The price of the combined kit is considerably less than you’d pay when buying each piece individually.
